While clarity and color are inherent properties of nature, the quality of the cut, which is entirely determined by man, determines how much of that natural potential will be realized. He was courteous, professional and provided a setter for the stone. CJ gave me the reassurances I needed and when it came down to buying the stone, the CEO flew across the country to finish the transaction. I was very skeptical about buying online. His responses were fast (within a minute) and he worked even after business hours. I never had to wait for images, GIA reports or videos of the stones. He was honest, clear, a great communicator, reassuring, and showed me the positive characteristics of the stones and the where the quality changed. CJ is the only one who didn’t give up on me. I tried many other diamond brokers, online diamond companies, and retail/wholesale outlets. CJ texted me many diamonds all within my specifications, we worked together for over a month, then bingo! He found the one! I’m not an easy person to deal with, I’m very particular and I will spend the time to find a great deal. I have been buying diamonds for over 20 years. I’m extremely knowledgeable about stones. CJ helped me find the best value and wouldn’t quit until I had the perfect natural diamond. I had the greatest customer care experience with him. Do not ever buy anything from them they have worst customer service. This is an inaccurate representation of the situation, as the package was lost by FedEx, not stolen from my premises. It is deeply concerning that is insisting on a police report falsely stating that the package was stolen from my apartment. They do not require a police report to initiate the claim process. To my surprise, FedEx informed me that it is the sender's responsibility, in this case,, to file a claim for a lost package.
In an effort to resolve this matter and file a claim with FedEx, I contacted their customer service. It was evident that no delivery attempt was made on the specified date, despite the tracking information falsely indicating otherwise. I diligently checked my security cameras, contacted my neighbors, and even reached out to the local FedEx office to investigate the situation further. However, despite the promised delivery date, the diamond was not delivered. On 05/16, I received a text message from informing me that my package would be delivered on 05/17. However, the delivery process has been marred by numerous issues, false tracking information, and an unreasonable request for a police report. I made a purchase of a 5ct loose diamond on 05/04 with the expectation that it would be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.
